Answers to common questions about registering, logging in, and completing your application.
Why can't I register?
The answer to this question is almost always "Because you've registered already".
When you have registered, and want to start your application, you should go to the login page and log in.
That will take you to your application form.

Why can't I log in?
- Check that you are on the login page and not the registration page.
- If you are on the registration page, go to the login page and try again.
- When logging in, be sure to use the same email address that you registered with.
- If you are using the correct email address, and you are having trouble with your password, use the 'lost password' link to request a new one.

Can I register again?
The applications system only allows one registration per email address. If, for any reason, you want to abandon your application and start again, you will need to use a different email address.

I haven't had any email from the Applications System
When the system says it has sent you an email, it has done so. Please check your spam folder(s) carefully.
In a few cases, it is possible that the organisation providing your email could remove a message from the system as spam before it reaches you. If you didn't get your email confirming your login details, please go to the login page and go through the "lost password" routine. If the email with the link to reset your password is filtered out before it reaches you too... please contact your email provider, or start again with a different email address.

Do I need to supply all the information requested?
Yes - please complete the entire form. You may supply extra information you think may be helpful to your application, where it is asked for. Please don't make your application over-long by supplying information which is not strictly relevant.

What happens now I have confirmed my form is complete?
Your application is marked as being 'Complete', and is stored, ready for the Awards Committee to consider. After the closing date, the Awards Committee will meet to discuss the applications received, and you will be contacted in due course.
- Up until the closing date, you can still make changes/updates to your application if you have anything you need to correct or update.
- You can also get the system to email your application to you, or you can print it out.
- It is important that you mark your application as 'Complete' before the closing date, as only completed applications will be considered for awards.
